Yaskawa Robot YRC1000 Console Teaching Device JZRCR-AP01-1
A teaching pendant is a specialized handheld device that can be understood as an enhanced version of an iPad, through which robot settings, programming, maintenance, and other operations can be completed. Common 6-axis industrial robots have a total of 6 degrees of freedom, so when programming, the teaching pendant needs to have 6 sets of 12 independent buttons to operate these 6 degrees of freedom. When in joint motion mode, control the forward and reverse rotation of axes 1-6 respectively. When in Cartesian space motion, control the rotation of X, Y, Z, and around X/Y/Z.
The teaching pendant, abbreviated as TP, is an important device for users and robots to communicate with each other. Users can view the current position of the robot, register data, IO allocation status, jog the robot, create programs, write robots, debug programs, and put the robot into production by operating the teaching pendant.
