When the customer discovered a white screen fault on the screen of a KUKA teaching pendant, they checked the LCD display connection cable for looseness or damage, and then examined the LCD display itself, but no abnormalities were found.

         The customer couldn't see the problem, so they sent it to us for repair. After our master's inspection, it was found that there was a problem with the motherboard 00-316-723 of the teaching pendant.

         The use of KUKA teaching pendant requires not only maintenance of the pendant itself, but also attention to the maintenance of the factory environment, such as avoiding phenomena such as high temperature, excessive humidity, and strong electromagnetic interference.
