KUKA Robot KR470-2 PA/FLR KR360 R2830 Maintenance
Daily maintenance and inspection content of KUKA robot:
1. Check if there is any dust adhering to the exterior of the robot;
2. Check for external cable wear, pressure damage, and whether all joints are securely fixed and not loose;
3. Is the cooling fan working properly;
4. Whether the supporting actions of each operation button are normal;
5. Is the robot's movement normal.
Quarterly maintenance and inspection of KUKA robots:
On the basis of daily maintenance, add the following three points:
1. Are all wiring terminals securely fixed;
2. Is the base of the robot body securely fixed;
3. Internal dust cleaning.
Annual maintenance and inspection content of KUKA robot:
On the basis of quarterly maintenance, add the following eight points:
1. Check whether the joints of each substrate inside the control cabinet are loose;
2. Are there any abnormal conditions (such as breakage) in the internal cables;
3. Check if the wiring inside the body is disconnected;
4. Is the battery voltage of the robot normal;
5. Are the brakes of each axis robot motor normal;
6. Is the tension value of the five axis belt normal;
7. Replacement of lubricating oil for four, five, and six axis reducers;
8. Is the voltage of each device normal.
Three year maintenance and inspection of KUKA robot:
On the basis of annual maintenance, add the following two points:
1. Replace the lubricating oil of the first, second, and third axis reducers;
2. Robot body battery replacement.
Steps for replacing the battery under the cooling tank:
1. Remove the cooling tank;
2. Unplug the battery connection cable or unplug plug X305 from the control cabinet;
3. Remove the Velcro and detach the battery.
Steps for replacing the battery on the cabinet door:
1. Push the battery to the right until the spring is tightened;
2. Flip the battery to the right until it exceeds the fixed bolt;
3. Use your thumb to press outward and fasten the spring to remove the battery;
4. Repeat the process for the second battery.
