(1) KUKA stacking robot is too slow to clamp nails or has insufficient clamping travel: the bolts are loose, the front buckle or the inner plate of the machine is worn. The bolt can be tightened at this time, pay attention to the correct position of the front buckle shaft. You can also replace the front buckle or the inner plate of the trigger, and test its function after completing the above action. If the travel is too short, adjust the front buckle shaft upward; if the movement is slow, adjust the front buckle shaft downward.
(2) air leakage at the piston rod: the bottom ring of the main body is damaged. Replace the ring at this time;
(3) exhaust leakage: replace the ring if the switch valve ring or switch seat ring is damaged or the piston ring is damaged;
(4) air leakage at the trigger: the switch valve ring or switch seat ring is damaged. Replace the ring;
